Zig Zag stitching the fabric will prevent the bag from fraying. It is always good to Zig Zag all edges of your fabric before you start piecing together your project. Check the star if you are done & ready to move to the next section.
Handles
Step 1: ZIG ZAG stitch down the center of both handles
Step 2: PRESS FLAT
Decorate the front of the Bag
Step 1: LAYOUT the decoration for your BFF Bag with lace, ribbon, ric-rac or other fun items.
Step 2: PIN or IRON design down using fusible tape
Step 3: Use ZIG ZAG or STRAIGHT STITCH the lace and ribbon with medium width and length. Make sure your lace goes 1” beyond the edges
Tip
When sewing on ribbon items, figure out where you want the ribbon then use your fusible tape to iron it in place. It will stay in place better when you top stitch.[/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] Check the star if you are done & ready to move to the next section
