Discuss your project idea.

  • This allows us both to be at the Studio at the same time.  Whether your project is a pillow or a full bedroom project, bring lots of photos about your space.  We will help you with fabric ideas and custom designs.  If you have inspiration photos bring them along too.  We are first a workroom.  We also have the latest designs in fabric, wallpaper, and rugs.   If you have fabric, we will gladly use.  Or we can help you with selections.
  • At the end of this meeting, we will be able to create a proposal.  We allow samples to go home while making decisions.  There is no cost for this step or for checking out samples.

Step 2:

 Decision to Proceed and Payment.

Often, we iterate on Step 1.  We allow as many In Studio Visits to Posh Diggs as needed.  Always FREE.   Once we have agreement on design, plan, and price – we will ask for your payment.

Step 3:

In Home Visit.

Adjustments, additions, subtractions to the proposal.  If needed, we will update the original Quote.

On all projects that requires measuring, wallpaper, rugs, or even just a pillow.   Posh Diggs feels that it is important to see your space.  From small pillow project to outdoor cushions, and larger room projects, we want to see your space.  Our visit to your home is FREE.  During this visit we will be measuring your space and looking for any obstacles.  We may even have suggestions on modifying the design after this visit.  Any modifications or additions could alter the pricing proposal.  We will either confirm Proposed Quote or send an adjustment for Go/No Go decisions.

Step 4:

All On Posh Diggs.

Once we have line of sight to completion, we will contact you for installation.

We will begin purchasing supplies, sewing, and creating an implementation plan. Once we have the fabric in our studio, usually we are 4-6 weeks on large projects and 2-4 weeks on smaller projects. Delays in our suppliers are mostly causes for any slips in our implementation plan.

Step 5:

Installation Day.

Such a fun day.  Everyone is excited.  Because everything is custom there is often adjustments needed.  We can handle many of these adjustments on site.  Sometimes we will need to bring items back to the Studio for adjustments.  It can be a big bummer for you.   When this occurs, we rush the fix and reinstall.   We want it to be perfect.
